Yes! We accept select insurance plans as well as private pay. However, coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary depending on your specific plan. Before beginning therapy, we’re happy to help you understand your options and what you can expect to pay.

All sessions are held virtually, so you can attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. You’ll receive a secure link to join your appointment from your phone, tablet, or computer.
All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Virtual therapy makes it possible to receive consistent support without adding a commute to your day.
-
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’d like to change, and what you hope to get from therapy.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. Your therapist can meet you where you are, answer any questions you have, and work with you to create a plan that fits your needs.
-
Sessions are typically between 50-55 minutes, depending on your needs. Your provider will help you determine the appropriate length and frequency of your sessions.

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change.
Appointments that are no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time are subject to a $150 late cancellation fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be subject to our no-show fee due to inability to complete your full 55 minute session in the allotted time.
Whenever possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can figure that out together.
